L1: Ham Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Carrot slices
  • Baby Spinach
  • Ham
  • Wrap
  • Mayonaise
  • BBQ sauce
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
Method:

The first thing we did was get our ingredients ready (Mis - en - place), then we got our wraps and placed them on a plate after we did that we got our vegetables, meat, and sauces. Then we placed our ingredients down in lanes onto our wrap, after we placed our ingredients onto the wrap we folded the wrap at the top bit than we did the sides then we rolled it up. After we've prepared our wrap we cut in half and started eating.

Prior: Tie your hair up(To prevent it from getting it onto the food when cooking), Washing hands (To make sure there is no dirt or anything before you start cooking), Wear Apron ( To prevent food from going onto your clothes), Wiping the tables down ( Making sure it's clean before you put food on it)
During: Chose the right board for the right food category ( To avoid cross-contamination), Use the right knife that matches the cutting boards.
After: Clear the table, Wash the dishes that you have used, Dry and putting the dishes 
away and put them in the correct places, Wipe the table down after use of it, Take apron off and put in a laundry basket.
